Future Projecting - Week of February 8th, 2009
All right this is my third week of experimenting with Future Projecting, where I tackle my “to-do” list by using Future Projecting:
- One part visualization
- One part affirmation
- One part to-do list
- One part FUN!
For this week I am going to have all of my projecting focus around love. After all, this is Valentine’s Day week, so why not try to come from a place of love, not just the sappy “presents and a card ‘cuz’ you have to” kind of love.
Bigger than that.
Last week I was able to accomplish one thing from my list within 5 minutes of future projecting. While I like those kinds of results I can’t expect that to happen all the time.
Future Projecting the week of February 8th, 2009:
- I had life surprise me with simple pleasures and random acts of absolute fun!
- I spread love to those all around me.
- I feel loved.
- I have found ways to show love to other people, not just on Valentine’s Day, but every other day of the year.
After all, life is meant to be full of love.
